At 85, Tejano legend Ruben Ramos, aka “El Gato Negro,” still commands the stage with the iconic swagger and soulful voice that earned him the title “The Tony Bennett of Tejano.” From picking cotton as a child to becoming a multi–Grammy-winning artist, this film follows his journey as he prepares to release a new album co-produced by acclaimed artists Carrie Rodriguez and Sergio Mendoza.
